1. Who we are

Cubicle Agency ("the App") is a social media management application operated by Mayonomad LLC, 221 W 9th St, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Mayonomad LLC is the data controller responsible for all Platform Data described in this policy.

2. What the App does

Cubicle Agency helps you manage your Facebook Pages: connect the Pages you administer, schedule and publish posts, and view analytics and insights about your Pages and content — similar to tools like Metricool or Hootsuite.

3. Data we collect through Facebook

We only access data through the Facebook permissions you grant when you connect your account. We do not request any permission the App does not need.

3.1 Basic profile (public_profile)

  • Your name, profile picture, and Facebook user ID — used to identify your account inside the App and personalize your experience.

3.2 Pages you manage (pages_show_list)

  • The list of Facebook Pages you administer — used to show you which Pages can be connected to the App and to verify Page ownership.

3.3 Page content and engagement (pages_read_engagement)

  • Posts, photos, and videos published on your connected Pages; follower counts; likes, comments, shares; and Page insights — used to display analytics and help you manage your Pages.

3.4 Publishing (pages_manage_posts)

  • Content you create inside the App (text, images, links, scheduled posts) — used solely to publish that content to the Facebook Pages you select. We never publish anything you did not create or schedule.

3.5 Page webhooks and administration (pages_manage_metadata)

  • We may subscribe to webhooks about activity on your connected Pages (such as new posts or updates) and adjust Page settings at your direction — used to help you administer and manage your Pages and keep your dashboard current.

We do not collect your Facebook password, private messages, or data from Pages you have not connected.

4. How we use your data

  • To provide the App's core features: connecting Pages, scheduling and publishing posts, and showing analytics.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the App (e.g. fixing errors, understanding feature usage in aggregate).
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information to improve the App, provided it cannot be re-identified.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or use it for third-party marketing. All use of Facebook data strictly follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data storage and security

  • Data is stored on secure servers provided by Namecheap, Inc. (web hosting infrastructure) and transmitted over HTTPS.
  • Facebook access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with third parties or exposed in the browser beyond what is required for the App to function.
  • We apply access controls and limit data access to what is necessary to operate the App.
  • We retain your data only while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or request deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Data sharing and disclosure

  • Service providers: Namecheap, Inc. (web hosting infrastructure) may process data on our behalf to provide hosting infrastructure. We do not otherwise share, sell, or transfer your Facebook data to any third party.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

7. Your rights

  • Access: you may request a copy of the data we hold about you via info@mayonomadllc.com.
  • Deletion: you may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 8.
  • Revoke access: you can disconnect the App at any time from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. After you revoke access, we stop accessing your Facebook data.
  • Stop using the service: you may delete your Cubicle Agency account at any time; we will not retain data you have deleted.

8. Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of your data, email info@mayonomadllc.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

9. Children's privacy

Cubicle Agency is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email, and the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
